The Harbor Park Voyage

Something you guys are going to start hearing more and more about is something called the Harbor Park Voyage. Chances are you might have seen or heard a bit late last year when it was introduced, however we haven’t expanded on it at all really. 

If you think about what our gym is right now, here are some things that might come to mind:

In short, a lot of different things. Which ultimately can be confusing for a number of reasons.

One of our priorities in 2023 is to bring clarity and structure to what it is that we do. Enter, Harbor Park Voyage.

The Harbor Park Voyage is the unique method that we have created to take someone from unhealthy, unhappy and out of shape to fit and full of life. It’s what we want to be known for. So when people think about us, they’ll think, they have that program that helps you get health and then helps you get in shape.

Let me give you a little more clarity on the Harbor Park Voyage and how it works in practice. As its name implies, the Harbor Park Voyage is a journey. It is designed to take someone from being unhealthy, unhappy, overweight, out of shape, and unmotivated all the way to healthy, happy, proud, confident, fit and full of energy. 

Of course everyone of you has had a different starting point, and everyone to come will have a different starting point as well. What’s really cool is that it really doesn’t matter where someone is starting from. The Harbor Park Voyage is designed to help anyone get to one singular destination: Fit For Life - this means that you are as healthy, fit and capable as you want to be to accomplish your life’s goals. 

This is a fundamental shift in the way we think about ourselves. No longer do we think about our gym as a CrossFit gym, or Bootcamp gym, or Lifestyle coaching gym. We think about ourselves as a place that transforms an individual's Health and Fitness, and we have a variety of classes and services that we can utilize to help you along your own Harbor Park Voyage. Everything will work together in tandem to help each of you accomplish your goals better and more effectively.

Going forward I will be making frequent blog posts (which I’ll be posting in our member’s app for additional ease of access) giving more clarity to the Harbor Park Voyage and how it relates to each and every member’s journey with us. Tomorrow specifically I will be breaking down the Harbor Park Voyage into its three component phases: Foundation, Function and Fitness. The ultimate goal of these posts are to help you understand exactly where you fall in this program based on your health, your functionality, and your fitness level. From there, you’ll be able to identify what exactly you need to be focusing on to improve and get to the next level.
