In 2018 I experienced a back injury that kept me from walking for over a month - now I'm back to exercising and weight lifting at full capacity. No matter your current situation right now, you can overcome it and achieve whatever your goals are.

About Coach

I've always been focused on health, wellness, and fitness. While in Highschool Football I fell in love with the weight room and that passion for self-improvement has never left. Over the years I tried a lot of things - Kickboxing, distance running, weight training, P90x, Insanity, you name it - until I came across CrossFit. I think I fell in love with CrossFit so much because it combined everything I enjoyed so much. Almost a decade later and I still think it's the most effective training methodology and the most fun working out I've ever had.

Turning Point

Growing up I was always the chubby kid. I wasn't confident in myself and I definitely wasn't proud of myself. I wore T-shirts in the pool because I was embarrassed to be chubby. I reached my heaviest in high school where I peaked at 315 pounds. My journey down to 200 pounds spurred my passion for health and wellness and is what motivated me to begin to help others - I know how hard it is and I know what it takes to make a significant change.

Motivation & Passion

My purpose for coaching is to help people who think they are too far gone. The people who are either too injured, or too obese and out of shape - are the people who need health and exercise the most. My mission is to make sure they know that there are people who can help them, and it's so exciting and fulfilling when these individuals realize they have a new lease on life.
