Hi, we are Jason and Nicole

And we are so excited to help you on your health and fitness journey!

A little about us:

Jason opened our gym, Harbor Park Health and Fitness, in 2015, however he has been helping people with weight loss transformations since his own transformation, from 305lbs all the way down to 205lbs, over a decade ago.

Nicole has been an athlete her entire life, competing in gymnastics since she was a toddler, all the way through her National Championship run at the University of Florida. After gymnastics, Nicole got her Doctorate of Physical Therapy, where she has been helping people ever since.

While we both had careers in the physical development space, we discovered that our true passion lies in helping people understand health at a foundational level, and over the past 12 months we’ve shifted all of our focus to those people who truly need help.
