Full Function is designed to make sure your body is functioning at full capacity.
Once we know that your foundational health habits are in place, it’s time to begin restoring full function throughout your body.
This means making sure that you have as much range of motion possible through each of your joints, as well as the ability to put your body into any position that it might encounter in everyday life.
We achieve this through a combination of mobility work - improving your flexibility, as well as basic strength training - making sure your body has enough strength so that it can safely and confidently perform various functional tasks.
This program includes one Personal Training Session per week, one Accountability Check-In Session per week, plus any other work necessary to fix whatever specific issues we need to address.
By the end of the Full Function program, your body will have maximized it’s range of motion through each major joint, and will be significantly stronger and healthier so that you can perform any exercise or daily task confidently and with as low risk of injury possible.
