Health Collective

The Health Collective is a group of classes intended to deliver a fun, effective and unintimidating exercise experience.

Classes include:

  • Bootcamp (High Intensity Functional Training)
  • Pilates (Workouts designed specifically to strengthen your core)
  • Dance-Cardio (Have fun while getting a sweat)
  • Anchor (Basic Strength and Mobility for beginners)
  • Yoga (Breathwork, mindfulness, and challenging postures)
  • Stretching (Give your body love when it needs it)

Personal Training

Our Personal Training service is a more intimate training experience that will be 100% tailored to you and your individual needs. Whether your goal is weight loss, strength building, or just getting moving again, Personal Training is a great option to do it in the privacy of one of our expert trainers.
